Yes I know. It's pathetic, the state my blog is in. Virtually dead.
Ha ha. I totally missed the important-to-blog-about dates which includes Xmas, New year, eelen's bday etc.
Anyway.
Sem 2 has just started and I'm taking one module more than most people out there. ): So far,
attended 4lectures of the 5 modules. Philo just amazes me man, with its abstract content with
the mumbling lecturer. Seriously.
You guys ought to be glad I'm all alone in Central Library now, with NO gossip girl to watch(i don't know wassup with the speed of the internet, can't even play Geo Challenge), thereby giving me nothing to do except to come here and rant. Ha ha.
And today, we talk about Cars.
So, Ferrari has just launched their new F1 car for this upcoming season(ooh, can't wait! have you heard, the Singapore GP is modifying the circuit for the Sept.) and it's called the F60.
I personally thinks it looks very cute(note: ugly but adorable), with the shorter front wing and especially the rear wing. This is to facilitate overtaking which Bernie Ecclestone(i think) feels that F1 is lacking therefore losing its excitement. Ha ha. But I still prefer the old version. That's Felipe Massa in it, by the way.
The other day while cruising down PIE(or BKE or AYE, can't remember) Dad pointed to a car and said "See, that's the new XC60". O M G. It's even nicer than the XC90. If you will remember, more than a couple of years ago I did blog about my fondness for the XC90 while it was still considerably new. Then, XC60 didn't even exist. Hold your breaths and look at the new baby of Volvo everyone:
Yes, I know the tyres are extremely huge but I guess that's the whole point? I especially love the back with the words V O L V O spaced out in bold. Too cool to be true. The XC60 looks even sportier than the XC90, making the latter feel so 'granny' already. Ha ha. But of course, tagging the name of the World's Safest Carmaker comes with a hefty pricetag. So it will remain as a dream to be realised in the future!
And as for now, allow me a slightly more affordable dream.
Tong2 HEARTS HEARTS the Peugeot 206cc, like L-O-V-E. It's small and compact(yes, to hell with 307cc) and has a mini butt and a hard top. In fact I feel that it is even cuter with the top on. Even though it is only up to 4 speed or something?, it still suits me just fine! Since I dont (usually) like speeding.
And daddy says he will buy this for me if his business is still as good 2 years later. he he he! I can't wait. . .
But of course, nothing beats the prancing horse (which some asshole thought it was cheap to him and decided to crash it, LOL)
The master of all Sports Cars. I do think of it as a bigger deal than the Gallardo. The lambo is abit, ugly. LOL.
