Rights.. Rewind back 2 weeks:

Mother's Day.

Was a simple affair: Brunch(ohyea; we had dimsum and after that main course) at RTC Chinese restaurant with closest family.

Bought Mum a tankini she so wanted. But SOMEONE did not pay me. GRRRH.

Blackpepper beef. The best dish.

Sometime around then was our class's long-awaited(dreaded) Learning Journey:

Theme was Singapore River but needless to say Esplanade became more of an attraction to us instead.

Fast forward back, my 18thB-DAY!!
Sadly, no pictures taken about the happenings. I'll just give like a brief overview.

School that day was long(no, actually that day itself was superlong for me) and dry. Until after training ended, I got a pleasant yet rather predicted surprise. Haha, Basil and the limping D---N(so random right but he was v v poor thing: hopped all the way from Kovan/or Potong Pasir to Serangoon according to Basil) dropped by with the cake and birthday song together with CC. Thanks peeps.

Cabbed home with Basil and D and I had only a quick shower before leaving for the airport. Dinner was another simple affair at Swensen's, before sending ying off to China.(and that's the first time I started tearing on my 18.) Hahah.
