YAY. 5 days after my birthday finally comes a new post.


today we went condo-hunting again.. continuously for like 3 weeks? last week was the trumps(kembagan) and sanctuary green(tanjong rhu). today we went regal35(lor 35) and haig court(obviously its at haig rd). i totally love haig court even though its name sounds rather cliched. and its 4room units are going for $9XXk which is rather on the high side.. so hmmm.

oh. now i know the diff between FREEHOLD and LANDED. freehold means those condo or what that does not occupy any private land of your own.. whereas landed is when you have a private home.. terrace, bungalow etc that has your own private land. so thats the diff between freehold and landed. so if you have a freehold house.. please dont stupidly tell people you've got a landed home k? that will be like so silly. haha.
